These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CheeseHub website and any products or license keys purchased through it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service. By using CheeseHub you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are responsible for complying with any laws and platform agreements that apply to you.

2. Licenses & purchases

Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use a product for the duration you paid for. A license key is issued to a single user and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or redistributed. We may suspend or revoke a license that we reasonably believe has been shared or obtained fraudulently, without refund.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source from any product except where permitted by law.
• You will not use the Service to harass others, commit fraud, or carry out chargeback abuse.
• You are solely responsible for how you use any product, including any consequences imposed by a game publisher or third-party platform.

4. Assumption of risk

Game enhancements may violate the terms of service of the games they are used with, and use may result in account suspensions, bans, or other actions by a publisher. You accept all such risk at the time of purchase. CheeseHub does not guarantee that any account will remain unactioned and is not responsible for any loss of game access, in-game items, or progress.

5. Delivery & availability

License keys are delivered electronically, usually within seconds of payment. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Products may be taken offline temporarily for maintenance or updates; in that case your subscription timer is paused and resumes when the product is back online.

6. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is processed by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms when paying. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheeseHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of accounts, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including licenses restrictions, assumption of risk, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
