1. Acceptance of Agreement & Eligibility

This Universal Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement", "Terms") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Licensee", "you") and Cheesehub ("Service", "Licensor", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our web storefront (cheesehub.vip), loaders, digital keys, guides, and associated computational software.

By creating an account, browsing the website, generating an invoice, or downloading software packages, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding legal agreements.
• You are not an employee, agent, investigator, auditor, or legal representative of any video game publisher, developer, anti-cheat vendor, or law enforcement agency acting in an adversarial or investigative capacity.

All trademarks, registered trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, and game titles referenced on this website—including but not limited to:

• Fortnite & Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.
• Rainbow Six Siege is a trademark or registered trademark of Ubisoft Entertainment.
• Rust is a trademark or registered trademark of Facepunch Studios Ltd.

Any use of these marks on cheesehub.vip is strictly nominative fair use to describe software compatibility and operational interoperability with consumer operating system environments. No endorsement, sponsorship, or association with trademark holders is expressed or implied.

3. Security Research & Interoperability Scope

All binaries, hypervisor drivers, and runtime modules distributed by Cheesehub are developed as private memory introspection, systems analysis, reverse engineering, and low-level kernel security research software. The software evaluates user-mode hooks, privilege escalation mitigations, and graphical overlay performance in Windows NT kernel architectures.

Users are solely responsible for how they deploy and run software on their local computer hardware. Cheesehub does not condone, promote, or assume responsibility for any violation of third-party End User License Agreements (EULAs), Terms of Service, or contractual terms with third-party software publishers.

4. Limitation of Liability & Complete Assumption of Risk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHEESEHUB, ITS OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, RESELLERS, OR HOSTING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any account suspensions, permanent game bans, matchmaking restrictions, competitive disqualifications, or community bans imposed by third-party gaming platforms.
• Hardware Identification (HWID) bans, motherboard blacklists, or network IP penalties levied by anti-cheat systems.
• Loss of in-game items, virtual currency, ranks, cosmetics, or proprietary progression data.
• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your installation, execution, or reliance upon the software.

You agree to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Cheesehub, its owners, developers, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, and legal fees resulting from your use or misuse of the software.

5. Digital License Delivery & Strict No-Refund Policy

By submitting payment through Komerza or supported cryptocurrency gateways, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Final Sale: Because license keys cannot be physically returned or un-viewed once generated, all sales are strictly final. No refunds, partial credits, or exchanges will be granted.
• Game Patch Downtime: When a game publisher issues an update or patch, software may be temporarily taken offline for signature recalculation and reverse-engineering. Routine maintenance or patch downtime does NOT qualify for a refund. Active subscription timers are frozen or compensated with bonus time at administrator discretion.
• Incompatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify system compatibility (supported Windows version, CPU virtualization / Hyper-V settings) in the Official Guidebook prior to checkout. Lack of basic hardware or OS requirements does not warrant a refund.
• Dispute & Chargeback Policy: Opening an unauthorized payment dispute, fraudulent claim, or bank chargeback will result in immediate, irreversible license cancellation, permanent HWID blacklist across the anti-fraud network, and forwarding of forensic order records to fraud prevention registries.

6. Privacy & Data Handling Policy

Cheesehub operates with a strict data-minimization principle:

• What We Collect: We collect only non-personally identifiable hardware hashes (HWID salt) necessary to bind your license key to your machine, an anonymized transaction receipt reference from Komerza/SellAuth, and the contact email you provide for automated key delivery.
• What We NEVER Collect: We do NOT collect personal files, browsing logs, keystrokes, webcam/audio feeds, or unencrypted system directories. Our software contains zero adware, cryptominers, or telemetry spyware.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to advertising brokers or marketing third parties under any circumstances.

7. Severability & Legal Inquiries

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
