Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information CheeseHub collects when you use our website and purchase our products, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Order & contact information. When you make a purchase, we collect the email address you provide so we can deliver your license key and provide support.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we receive only limited transaction details (such as confirmation status and the last digits or a token) needed to fulfil and reconcile your order.
- Communications. If you contact us on Discord or by email, we keep those messages to help resolve your request.
- Technical & usage data. Like most websites, we may automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, including through cookies or similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To deliver license keys and provide the products and support you request.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and products.
- To send service-related messages such as delivery confirmations and important updates.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate — such as payment processors, email delivery, and hosting/CDN providers — and only to the extent needed to provide the Service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Data retention
We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us on Discord. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
This document is provided for general information and is not legal advice. It does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable data protection or consumer law.
