Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on CheeseHub. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions before buying, reach out to our team on Discord first.
Digital products & instant delivery
All CheeseHub products are digital license keys delivered instantly to your email after payment. Because access is granted immediately and a key cannot be "returned" once it has been issued and activated, all sales are considered final once a key has been delivered, except in the specific circumstances described below.
When you may be eligible for a refund
- Duplicate or accidental charge. If you were billed more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
- Key never delivered. If you completed payment but never received a working license key and our team is unable to deliver one, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Unresolvable technical issue. If a product does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we will offer a prorated refund or store credit for the unused portion of your subscription.
When refunds are not provided
- The key has been delivered and successfully activated, and the product is working as described.
- You changed your mind, no longer want the product, or purchased the wrong item by mistake after the key was issued.
- Your game account is actioned, banned, or restricted as a result of your own usage. Use of game enhancements always carries risk, and that risk is accepted by you at the time of purchase.
- You violated our Terms of Service or attempted to resell, share, or redistribute your license key.
Downtime & updates
If a product is temporarily taken offline for maintenance or to update against a game patch or anti-cheat change, your subscription timer is paused automatically and resumes when the product is back online. You never lose paid time during downtime, so downtime alone is not grounds for a refund.
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket on our Discord within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order email and a short description of the issue. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the equivalent amount of the same currency where applicable.
