1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of cheesehub.vip ("cheesehub.vip", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing this website, creating an order, or using any product you buy from us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a contract, to buy from us. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide (including your email address) is accurate and belongs to you.

3. What we sell

We sell digital license keys that unlock third-party game enhancement software ("Products"). Each Product is offered as a time-limited plan (for example day, week or month). We supply a key and access instructions only; we do not sell physical goods, and the timer on a plan begins when the key is first activated. Availability changes as games update - the status page reflects what is currently working and on sale.

4. Assumption of risk

Game publishers prohibit third-party modifications and actively detect and penalise them. Using the Products may result in warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban of your game, platform, or publisher account, and the loss of any purchases, progress or items associated with it. You acknowledge and accept this risk entirely. You are solely responsible for how you use a Product and for complying with the rules of any game or platform you use it on. We do not guarantee that any Product is or will remain undetected, and a "status" label on the site is an operational indicator, not a promise of safety.

5. Your license

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, a purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use one (1) copy of the Product for the duration of the plan you bought. You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or transfer your key to anyone else;
• publish, distribute or make your key publicly available;
• use one key on more accounts or devices than the plan permits; or
• reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of a Product, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.

Keys found to be shared, leaked, or obtained fraudulently may be revoked without refund.

6. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you complete your order. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection - your full card details are handled by that provider and never touch our servers. We only receive confirmation that a payment has cleared, which triggers delivery. We may cancel or refuse any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Delivery

Delivery is automatic and electronic. Once your payment clears, your key is emailed to the address you provided at checkout - from [email protected] - usually within seconds. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address and to check your spam or junk folder. If your key has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us (see Contact) and we will resolve it.

8. Refunds & replacements

Because Products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once a key has been delivered, and by completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content.

The exception: if a key you received is invalid, does not activate, or the Product is not functioning due to a fault on our side, contact us promptly and we will provide a working replacement key or, at our discretion, a refund for that order. We do not provide refunds for: a change of mind; a ban or detection resulting from your use of a Product; failure to meet a Product's stated requirements; or misuse in breach of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

When using this site and our Products, you agree not to:

• use the site or a Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Product or key;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the site, our servers, or the payment or delivery systems;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to interact with the site except for public search-engine indexing;
• impersonate any person, or provide false payment or contact information; or
• harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or support channels.

10. Chargebacks & fraud

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first - we want to fix it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly delivered key, instead of contacting us, is treated as a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke keys, refuse future service, and disable access associated with any order that is subject to a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback, and to submit our delivery records to the payment provider to contest it.

11. Third parties & no affiliation

cheesehub.vip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, platform, or trademark holder. All game names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification. Products are created and maintained by third-party providers; your use of a Product may also be subject to that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or availability of any third party, including payment providers, email providers, software providers, or the operators of any game.

12. Intellectual property

The cheesehub.vip name, site design, text, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your license to a Product does not transfer ownership of any software or of our site content. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site without our permission.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that a Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or undetectable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cheesehub.vip and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of game accounts, in-game items, progress, data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any Product - including any ban or penalty imposed by a game or platform - whether based in contract, tort, or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that order.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cheesehub.vip and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site or a Product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any game publisher.

16. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, cancel an order, or revoke a key at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk or legal exposure for us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - including licensing restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law - will continue to apply.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site or purchase of a Product after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

18. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and to the extent permitted by law you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
